At St Lukes I was the creative director on The Daily Mail account. One of the more exciting project we worked on was for Weekend Magazine in The Mail on Saturday. After a big redesign they reckoned they had the biggest and best TV Guide in the country - even better than The Radio Times - with in-depth reviews of literally everything there is to watch on traditional telly as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and all the other streamers.

My campaign idea was that Weekend Magazine is where all the best shows on TV fight for your time. This was initially conceived as a massive TV and Cinema campaign but then the budget got whittled down to just radio(!) But actually the idea worked really well in that medium and we hired a bunch of the county’s most talented impressionists (including John Culshaw) to create television’s biggest face off.
