At St Lukes, I was the creative lead on the Daily Mail from 2020-22. One of the biggest projects we worked on was a PR brief for Mailforce, the Daily Mail’s charity arm. During the pandemic, schools across the country closed their doors meaning kids suddenly had to start learning remotely. For thousands of kids from disadvantaged backgrounds this was a huge problem as they couldn’t the equipment required to do this properly. The Daily Mail launched a massive drive to buy laptops and provide connectivity for kids who needed it most. Our brief was to create a piece of PRable content that would get the word out and encourage more people to donate to the campaign. This being the start of lockdown, this was the era the world first learnt to Zoom! So our idea brought a bunch of celebrities together for the word’s most famous Zoom call.

The film was seen by over 115m people and helped raise over £10 million to provide computer equipment to help kids across the country keep learning.
